R1600 SD PVR in daily use. Use with Explora or HDPVR to get three independent views in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal for sale

We currently use this SD PVR in conjunction with an Explora decoder to get three individual viewing channels, all capable of individual channel changing. It does also work with an HDPVR.
The SD pvr has a 250gig hard drive, can get Box office and Catch up as well.
It comes with two working remotes and smart card.
It is in daily use, and is only available to be taken on 30th June 2015, so R 500 deposit would secure.
We pay subscription of R699 for premium bouquet plus Xtra view R80, and get three separate channels, with ability to record two and view three. However, in order to get three viewing environments, you would need your own decoder PLUS this SD PVR. i.e two decoders gets three channels and the ability to record two of them, whilst watching three. (each with separate remote to change channels).
You can therefore record one channel and view two channels, which is the unique feature of this SD PVR. This is the reason why they are sought after.
We currently share a property with a granny flat on the property, but are relocating to Cape Town at the end of June and no longer have a shared property, and no longer need three channels!
Please feel free to come and see it, in the currently connected state to see the potential to have so many individual channels for the same cost. In addition, an Ipad and Android get selected additional channels on their tablets for no extra cost, which is included in the DSTV Premium bouquet.
HD PVR Remote does work on SD PVR.
On the SD PVR, it lists information for 3 programmes (now, next, then).
